Those 2 bugs are ITP. Have you contacted those people before doing your package? As I know, Gromacs ITP is active. There is no version on Debian because of a bug on Gromacs. Nicholas Breen <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> already did a package. Take a better look on the ITPs.
