Hi,
I do not know why you think this is a bug; this is supposed to
be a feature! Since the upstream source is not supposed to be
changed for succesive debian revisions, there is no point uploading
it. Presumably you uploaded the sources for the <blah>-1 version of
the package, so there is no reason to upload an identical file for
the <blah>-2 version.
What is the problem?
