Yup.  I've debated asking the Documentation coordinator to remove it from
the site,  but I left it there in case somebody needed it for some arcane
reason.  I like debhelper a lot better,  and maybe when I finish my thesis
in the next month or so I'll rewrite the entire thing to use debhelper.
