As I understand it, [EMAIL PROTECTED] reaches only those subscribed to the package via the package tracking system, and not the maintainer; otherwise I'd get duplicates of all bug reports against my packages. Mail sent through the PTS is given additional headers, so there's no way that MTAs could eliminate the duplicates. Instead, [EMAIL PROTECTED] reaches the maintainer.
