I encourage developers of Debian packages to spend as much time as
possible on unstable (inside the chroot, or on a "plain" unstable
installation). We as a community should not only eat our own, but each
other's dogfood as well. As a developer you should be qualified to
work around the occasional hiccup (and are entitled to gently grill
perpetrators of royal screwups <g>).
