How can I change the package's name

Hi, all

Im a new mantainer of php4-imagick package.
I would like to know how can I change in Debian its name to php-imagick ?
This source will generate both php4-imagick and php5-imagick binary 
packages.
There was an example.,  php-imap;
What I need to do ?
