http://bugs.debian.org/wnpp doesn't show any indication either.
I did find this page via google: http://ice.jgaa.com/
The source package is a native one (instead of diff.gz + orig.tar.gz),
so there may be problems with it. It says the package was created using
yada, so finding a sponsor for it might be hard.
