Rewrite the last sentence to something like the following, because it doesnt 
necessarily rely on _commercial_ services, I can set up my asterisk and use 
wengophone with it, for example...

"In conjunction with other services, WengoPhone can be used to call regular 
PSTN lines and/or send SMS messages to cell phones."
