I suppose my question is how I can get a disabled arch enabled again.
Would you know who could help me with this?

Thank you for those hints. Supposedly, I could just upload amd64
packages and the i386 packages would be automatically built, right?
(This would not be a proper solution but the lowest-overhead workaround
I guess.)
