is this still the case?
If so, please fix the following things:
* remove the useless empty line at the end of changelog
* do not use multiple empty lines as a seperator in rules,
one is just enough.
* since you do not use the configure: stanza, remove the whole.
* you do no ship libraryes, hence the dh_makeshlibs call is useless.
if you fixed above things, i'm happy to sponsor the package.
