Go ahead Jens, no problem at all :) The idea was mainly: "This patch is released under the same license as the game itself and the packaging", but whatever license or text you prefer will be OK for me :) You can change it yourself if you want, but if you prefer to do it formally nice, just tell me the text you prefer and I'll do the commit myself :) The idea is that not only the program itself and the packaging have a license, but also the patches do have a copyright and license. Maybe the best text would be "This patch is licensed undet the same license as the program, see debian/copyright" or something like that.
