And your description of "mozvoikko" implies that it already contains the extension for Iceweasel (and worse, for Icedove). People might just install it instead of iceweasel-mozvoikko. Have you considered just putting the lib in the two packages and just don't build "mozvoikko"? (They have separate extension dirs anyway?)
