Hello, This is actaully in response to a bug fix for, http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=428013
The package already exists, http://packages.debian.org/lenny/php-simpletest, I have contacted the current maintainer, Charles, who stated that he doesn't have time to maintain this package any longer, so I offered to maintain it.
