The text of the RFS is a boilerplate, but the package's page on mentors.d.n should be correctly showing any Lintian warnings or errors. I would assume that most of the Lintian issues that make their way to the list are ones only seen by running it on the binary package as mentors.d.n is for source packages. I know I have been guilty of that in the past.
