I cannot get it to show up even with the url http://git.debian.org/?p=collab-maint/vera++.git;a=summary I made a clone verapp.git and it seems to show up fine at http://git.debian.org/?p=collab-maint/verapp.git;a=summary feel free to remove my collab-maint/verapp.git if you decide to use that name.
