Typo in debian/changelog: s/Standarts-Version/Standards-Version/ debian/patches/debian-changes-0.04-4 looks like you forgot to clean up a file produced by the build process? Please ask upstream to rename the source tarball to contain the version number so that you can create a watch file. Which upstream tarball is the one used in Debian for the orig.tar.gz?
