Yes.

What you really mean is will can Debian distribute those packages as part of 
main (or at least, non-free).  That's probably a question for debian-legal, 
but it depends *a lot* on the content of EULA.txt and how flexible upstream is 
about changing it.

The advertisement window is not strictly forbidden, IIRC.
