it is also possible to build packages without usually obligatory *.dsc
and *.diff.gz files at all using --debuild argument:

,----[ from 'man pbuilder' ]
| --debuild
|
| Builds  a  Debian  package  from the Debian source directory.  The
| current directory should have the usual debian/ directory.
|
| Same as pdebuild --use-pdebuild-internal
