Hi, the soci library (C++ Database Access Library [1]) has recently been removed from the testing archives[2]. Now I would like to adopt this package. I have familiarized myself with packaging and am in contact with upstream. But I am not clear about the procedure to get it back into debian. Do I file a ITP bug or do I reopen the orphan bug?
