I've fixed the problems and now I'm providing unsigned source and binary
packages at http://www.mentebinaria.com.br/coding40/pev_0.22-r2.tar.gz

I think it's enough to get reviews, right? Before upload, I know that I need
to sign both .dsc and .changes files.
