- Adjust the url to scan only upstream stable version.
* debian/rules:
- Remove the comments from the top.

* debian/gbp.conf => .gbp.conf:
- Rename the gbp config file.
* debian/source/local-options:
- Add the extend-diff-ignore option to omit .gbp.conf which should not
be included in any the debian patches file.
