sshfs could use a version bump.

Bug fixes have been commited that would be rather nice to have. The biggest
for me being processes that are accessing the fs no longer hang when the
network drops. I have pulled down the current trunk and built a deb based on
the current package.It installs and works great for my use.  If there is
anything I can do to help make this happen let me know, I don't quite know
where to go from here.
