I am adopting an orphaned package (ircii), I have changed the title to ITA, and I have also changed the owner using [email protected]. As the last package built was from 2008, I have started work on building the 2011 version, patching the build system etc. I also have an account on mentors.debian.org. Do I have to find a sponsor for this package? How do I proceed?
