Hi,
First of all you don't need PostgreSQL to be installed,
it uses the much simpler SQLite3 database and it also
has an administration tool that lacks from yubikey-server-c.

I intend in a near future version to support scale-out characteristics
by using the ZeroMQ framework.

Kind regards,
Chris.
