Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this command:
dget -x http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/c/conque/conque_2.3-1.dsc
In debian/rules there's a stray "# generate file list for vim addons
manager" comment. You don't generate the list anymore, so the comment
should be removed.
I believe that "Priorty: optional" would be more appropriate than
"extra".
