Dear Guido,
if you are not building the package with the help of pbuilder and you
are compiling it from plain source, which I don't recommend, install
the packages below and proceed with the usual compilation.
autotools-dev, libsqlite3-dev, pkg-config, libgcrypt11-dev, libmhash-
dev, libconfig-dev, automake
