debian/control: - libqt4-dev (<< 4:4.7.0~beta2) | libqtwebkit-dev, + lbqtwebkit4, This should have given you an error when building the package as dpkg-buildpackage checks the build dependencies by default. You also need to build-depend on the -dev package (as before); the binary package should pick up the new package name for libqtwebkit automatically via the dpkg-shlibdeps mechanism.
