1) It's a signal extension for Tcl, not for Tk (the description is incorrect).

Otherwise the package is fine (though it may require some porting work
to kfreebsd-i386 and kfreebsd-amd64 architectures, but I don't know
for sure), so I'll upload it after you'll fix the bugs above.
