I found two remaining small things: The package descriptions for the -dev and -dbg package different from the runtime library (the first paragraph each). The part of the -dbg package description about fiddling with LD_LIBRARY_PATH is also wrong, gdb should automatically pick up debugging symbols from /usr/lob/debug.
