Hi cento, dear mentors, This problem has been fixed, since the message posted by Paul Wise: http://lists.debian.org/debian-mentors/2012/04/msg00260.html
My package has been successfully uploaded and it is displaying correctly in the website: http://mentors.debian.net/package/termsaver (with no lintian warning/errors) Now I am looking for a sponsor to guide/take me through the uploading to debian. Thank you for your support and help.
