PYTHON_DEFAULT, USR_SHARE and PYTHON_SHAREDDIR variables appear to be
unused.
Out of curiosity, what is NUM_FILES variable for?
AFAIK dh_installchangelog installs CHANGES file automatically, so the
override is not needed.
