They give no more information then the package names themselves, something like libsanlock-client1 - shared storage lock manager (client library) sanlock-dev - shared storage lock manager (development files) would be better. Also is there a reason why it's sanlock-dev and not libsanlock-dev? It might also be a good idea to merge all changelog entries so you only have the "Initial release." entry.
