Hello: Yes, put this intermediate package to get libpam-ssh back to Wheezy. I really do think it is a minimal difference package as I only touched slightly the Debian part (mainly the debian/rule which was rendered minimal by using a pure dh approach) but not the source itself (except a couple of warning fixes): it is just a Debian update.
