ftpmaster removals do only affect Sid. They are not propagated to
Testing (even less during a freeze).
Just for the archives: I meant: They are not removed straight from
Testing by a ftpmaster removal, but Britney may propagate the change in
Testing in non-freeze times.
AFAIK freeze doesn't affect removals in any way. So:
s/ in non-freeze times//
And, as far as a package without rdeps (such as python-cpl) is
concerned:
s/may/almost certainly will/
