This has already been addressed a few months ago.
The short descriptions now report:
SVM trainer and classifier toolkit
SVM trainer and classifier toolkit - development files
SVM trainer and classifier toolkit - debug symbols
SVM trainer and classifier toolkit - runtime library

Well, I am not interested in TinySVM directly but in software using this
library (e.g., Yamcha).
However the latest Yamcha release is also old (2005, if I remember correctly).
Nevertheless it has been actively used in recent works from many developers and
researchers
and I think it is a valuable software.
I wish Debian had more good NLP software. :-)
