Some corrections:
- The .dsc file for mathjax should be
http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/m/mathjax/mathjax_2.1+20121028-1.dsc
- I forgot to add changelog entries:
mathjax (2.1+20121028-1) experimental; urgency=low
* New upstream release.
* Don't build libjs-mathjax-doc, it is now in a separate
source.
* Suggest fonts-stix.
* Install images directory.
* Replace current working directory while packing JS files.
* Update Vcs-Git to point to git.debian.org.

mathjax-docs (2.1+20121030-1) experimental; urgency=low
* Initial release.
* debian/patches/use_mjtheme.patch:
Use "mjtheme" theme instead of "sphinx-bootstrap".
* debian/patches/no_mathjax_js_in_documentation.patch:
Remove reference to MathJax.js from mjtheme/layout.html.
