I am looking for a sponsor for my NMU (with maintainer approval) of the package
"fossil". It fixes 2 RC bugs in testing (see changelog below). The upload
should go to testing-proposed-updates.
The version replaces 2 non-free files with empty ones, as requested by the
maintainer (see #692623).
This T-P-U upload was approved by the release team (#694859).
