Are messages like http://bugs.debian.org/696782#27 being sent
automatically? (I guess they are, but there is nothing in the message
body suggesting this is the case.)
If yes, please fix your script not to close bugs that have owner set. (I
don't believe that automatic closing _any_ RFS bugs is useful, but meh,
as long as those I took responsibility of are left untouched, I don't
care anymore.)
