I don't have opinion about the source package name, but I would
certainly keep the binary name.
The regex.h is used!
Are you sure? I just prepended
#error moo!
to the file, and the program can be still compiled.
But anyway, I _hope_ it isn't used, because it's an 18 years old version
of regex.h provided by libc.
