To test the theory that RFS activity may be limited more by
accessibility than interest, I've made a sortable RFS table[1] showing
RFS age, last comment age, number of comments, and a guess as to
whether the RFS is waiting for reviewers or not. That should make it
easier to identify requests most in need of review.

A quick analysis suggests that effective RFS review requires about one
additional interaction every two years per debian-mentors subscriber.

Early activity results[2] for September - RFS acceptances are up this
month, from 1 to 14. The open RFS count has actually gone down down
slightly, mostly due to an increased number of drops from mentors.
