I didn't notice that ffmpeg was removed from unstable. It is still
present on my system. I don't think the first option would work. The
third option seems to be the best (or a way to choose between avconv and
ffmpeg in the GUI, like for choosing the player). Meantime, we can just
keep the package as is.
