I've just uploaded a new version which should have fixed both issues
above.

This package has never been uploaded to Debian, so a revision of -2 is
incorrect. Mentors will accept multiple uploads of the same version, so
keep uploading new uploads of version 1.0.1-1 to mentors until it is clean.
Prior to sending additional emails - make sure your build actually
works. pbuilder/cowbuilder are the preferred methods to build packages
in a clean environment (and your errors will be evident), but at the
very least, change directories to somewhere like /tmp/build/, dget your
uploaded package, and try to build it (again, your errors will be
plainly seen)
My interest is in DNS servers, so I initially looked to see what your
package was doing with dependencies/conflicts, etc. I still can't see
that. (which is another hint) :)
