Err, "Multi-Arch: off" isn't valid. I'm going to assume that was a silly typo and what you really meant was "Multi-Arch: same", but in case you're not quite sure, I recommend referring to the Debian wiki [1]. Don't forget to test your package by building it in a clean chroot (e.g. pbuilder/cowbuilder/sbuild, etc.)!
