which package do I need ? and how do I find out this ?

When I compile I see this : 

checking whether gcc accepts -g... yes
checking for gcc option to accept ISO C89... none needed
checking for initscr in -lncurses... no
checking for new_form in -lform... no
checking for new_panel in -lpanel... no


What is the right way to know which package I need to add to the Buildreq
