Yup, the use-lz4.patch was great, i merged your rules/control with mine (that i'd created from your previous mail) and everything appears to be fine. I've pushed the patch (and the others) upstream, hopefully something will be done. Still waiting on what to do with geneet stuff, upstream are working on a solution and hopefully will hear from them soon.
