Do install files work differently for packages that involve python_distutils? When I package C++ stuff, I used install or packagename.install files to suppress certain files, to add certain files to specific locations or to split files among packages. But as soon as I introduce an install file to a python lib package that I started with py2dsc, I start getting error messages.
