Changes since the last upload:
I improved systemd service file, it now sources an optional
EnvironmentFile (it allows declaring HTTP_PROXY if needed).
The database creation is now done with the relevant user (fixes a
piuparts error).

but seems that other packages are running su -s in postinst)
