exactly. It is unfortunate that llvm-* folks likes to change/break API,
but Debian Maintainers can't handle many different llvm releases at the same
time (specially for security purposes).

So, please try to have it compatible with 3.6, or even better 3.7 or 3.8, and
you will avoid troubles in the near future.

3.8 is going to be released soon (already in rc), so it might be good to update 
it.

AFAIK also other distributions have a similar policy about llvm, so if upstream
can't make it work with latest llvm releases (3.6 is something like 1 year old),
there is not much we can do.
