As explained in bug 814430[1], I'd rather not have us package cloudlibc and compiler-rt. What I could do is that by the time we have a Clang and Binutils package, I could build cloudlibc and compiler-rt as part of this package, solely for the purpose of compiling cloudabi-reexec. Let's keep this bug blocked on packaging the toolchain for now.
