The test credentials (example.com) are provided to allow for testing with the services without having to register. The test credentials only allow a username 'guest.' The test credentials are only used in the main method which is only enabled in the static compilation when PIC is NOT enabled. The main method is not compiled into the library.
The remote service requires registration of a client key/CSR which is described here: https://www.ufp.com/identity/integration.html#getting_started Then send the CSR to [email protected].
